Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptions through competitive analysis and market research
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technology innovations into product development and operational frameworks
- Present strategic technology insights to stakeholders and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or senior technical leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) and their business applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and leading cross-functional teams of 15+
