Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for emerging tech R&D
- Analyze global tech disruption vectors to identify competitive advantages and market entry points
- Present technology vision to C-suite and investors using data-driven scenario planning
- Drive innovation sprints focused on human-centric design and ethical tech deployment
- Author thought leadership publications on the societal impact of 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching products with 10+ year vision cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law evolution and technology convergence patterns
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 tech journals
- Certification in Global Technology Foresight (GTF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two successful long-term tech bets
