- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech trends
- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor R&D teams in future-proofing technical architectures
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with global impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- Portfolio of 3+ strategic initiatives implemented at scale
