Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology vision and implementation roadmap targeting 2026 market dominance

- Analyze tech disruption vectors and recommend strategic pivots for portfolio optimization
- Present executive briefings on future tech ROI scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with strict KPI alignment to 2026 milestones
- Partner with MIT Future Labs and other global research institutions for cutting-edge R&D
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product leadership with demonstrated 5-year planning success
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in Technology Forecasting
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
