Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to identify viable opportunities for product integration and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, product, and designâto translate strategic vision into actionable development plans.
- Assess risks and feasibility of new tech stacks, ensuring scalability and security standards are met.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain a network of industry partners, academic institutions, and technology thought leaders.
- Drive innovation initiatives that define Nexus 2026's unique market position.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Masterâs degree is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about the future, with a strong focus on long-term planning and trend analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Certifications: PMP, MBA, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
