- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating emerging trends into product roadmaps
- Architect scenario planning models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Establish corporate innovation incubators with $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Deliver executive briefings on exponential technology impact and market disruption vectors
- Build and lead a global futurist network across 12 innovation hubs
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies and societal tipping points
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory evolution
- Certified in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) with portfolio of foresight projects
