- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps integrating emerging tech with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings on societal shifts, regulatory impacts, and consumer behavior evolution
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through predictive modeling and market simulation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating exponential trends into enterprise-level strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech disruption
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite on 2030+ strategic scenarios
