Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future impact briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and manage innovation pipelines for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor internal teams in future-thinking methodologies and disruptive innovation
- Produce annual industry disruption reports and trend compendiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable systems implementation
- Certification in futures studies, strategic foresight, or innovation management
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
