Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the end-to-end creation of the company's long-term strategic roadmap, identifying key technological shifts and market opportunities for the Year 2026.
- Oversee R&D Innovation Labs: Direct a team of forward-thinking engineers and designers in exploring cutting-edge technologies, including AI convergence, quantum computing applications, and spatial computing.
- Predictive Market Analysis: Conduct rigorous scenario planning and trend forecasting to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging paradigms before they become mainstream.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-Suite executives, product managers, and creative directors to ensure innovation is embedded in every aspect of our product ecosystem.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Spearhead the identification and protection of intellectual property that aligns with our Year 2026 goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Visionary: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Strategic Innovation, Future Studies, or a similar forward-thinking role within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, specifically in AI, Blockchain, and advanced data analytics, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights.
- Forecasting Expertise: Demonstrated ability to utilize data-driven models and scenario planning to predict industry shifts with high accuracy.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field (Futurism, Strategic Management, Computer Science, or Engineering) is highly preferred.
