Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps and patent opportunities
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive threats and first-mover advantages

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on transformative market shifts
