Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year horizon scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings for C-suite stakeholders across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Design scenario-planning models for quantum adoption and climate adaptation strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Pioneer new methodologies for ethical AI governance and human-centric innovation protocols
- Author proprietary research reports published in industry journals like Future Studies Review
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech research
- Proven track record of developing trend models adopted by Fortune 100 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing applications, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
