- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech) to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product/service concepts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems for early-mover advantages
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong network within tech, academic, and policy innovation ecosystems
