Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Quantify market potential for emerging technologies using proprietary forecasting models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Author quarterly futures intelligence reports for industry publication
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting (AI/quantum/biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI mastery)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-to-strategy translation projects
