Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging industry paradigms
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
