As a key architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable blueprints while fostering a culture of radical experimentation and agile execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with exponential technology trends
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging paradigms in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs with $2M+ annual budgets
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author whitepapers on technology megatrends with global industry impact
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
- Deep network within DARPA, Singularity University, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
