Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon Labs at industry forefront
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking innovation pipeline maturity
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption cycles and market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology roadmaps (AGI, climate tech, neural interfaces)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio of published futures research or strategic frameworks
