- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and climate tech innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
