Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation or strategic foresight
- Published author in futurist methodologies or peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, AI trend modeling)
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (patents preferred)
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech domains
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Three Horizons, Anticipatory Design)
- 90th+ percentile score on futures literacy assessments
