Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-range technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures concepts
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and sustainable tech systems
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
