- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish and maintain relationships with futurists, technologists, and academic institutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging disruptions and strategic implications
- Design and implement future-proofing initiatives across product development and business operations
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and societal trends
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
