Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) with 3-5 year strategic implications
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating emerging technologies
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling
- Champion human-centered design in all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (required)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or consulting with tech focus
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects
