Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and markets to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions and business models
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile futures

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
