Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for future market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused priorities
- Produce high-impact research reports and executive briefings on future technology adoption
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for potential partnerships
- Design and implement foresight methodologies to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
