Responsibilities

- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive leadership and board presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to validate and accelerate prototype development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting industry landscapes
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation portfolio performance tracking
- Represent company at global tech conferences and futurist forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing foresight methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
