- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Drive innovation portfolio management with $5M+ annual budget
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech foresight
- Proven track record translating future trends into scalable business models
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and influence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects (2020-2025)
