As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your work will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and our public discourse on the future of human-technology symbiosis.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems
- Develop 2026 innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-ideation sessions with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce foresight reports and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Advise on strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities in emerging tech domains
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to practical challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience publishing thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Strong network connections with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFII) highly valued
