Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services for quantum/AI convergence
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic forecasts and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring human-centric outcomes
- Build strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) highly valued
