Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute prototype-to-production initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders using immersive visualization tools
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities using visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or implemented innovation frameworks
