Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
