- Mentor a global team of futurists using cutting-edge foresight methodologies like horizon scanning and causal layered analysis
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Strategy with 8+ years of applied foresight work
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial innovations (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders from engineers to policymakers
