Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging trends impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking methodologies to prototype future-state solutions
- Translate complex technological disruptions into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario planning and probabilistic modeling
- Author thought leadership content on exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Drive adoption of agile innovation processes within traditional enterprise environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or design thinking (e.g., IDEO, Stanford d.school)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
