Responsibilities

- Design and execute scenario planning for global systemic shifts
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
