Responsibilities

- Produce executive-level trend reports with 95%+ accuracy rate for industry-shaping predictions
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable business models in carbon-negative markets
- Advocate ethical AI governance protocols at global policy summits
- Mentor next-generation futurists through Horizon Labs' incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020-2025 predictions with tangible business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Proven track record advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or equivalent thought leadership
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
