Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for client innovation initiatives aligned with future market realities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions for complex challenges
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish proprietary foresight methodologies and trend-forecasting frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership on industry evolution and disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) strongly preferred
