Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and deliver comprehensive future scenario frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities and roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive intelligence briefings for C-suite
- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies including horizon scanning and Delphi studies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
