Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams to prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders using compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of innovators and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation strategy deliverables
