Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future market needs
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging technologies
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with design and engineering teams
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS, CFSP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
