Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to inform 2026+ strategic vision
- Develop foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across industries
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities and future literacy programs
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate breakthrough innovations into core product pipeline
- Pioneer thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent professional credentials
