- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and research institutions
- Author thought leadership on technology evolution and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or futures studies
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or scenario planning documents
