Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for emerging markets
- Partner with R&D to identify moonshot opportunities and de-risk innovation pipelines
- Establish futures literacy programs across 15+ global departments
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and megatrends analysis
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFSD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean, Design Thinking)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership
