- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with market evolution
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for pilot projects and strategic partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences
