- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and sustainability goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published work in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
