- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against industry benchmarks
- Curate partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to the board of directors

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
