Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and market disruptions to inform strategic innovation initiatives
- Develop 5-year foresight frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, climate tech, neurointerfaces)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technological adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Published research on long-term technology adoption patterns
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
