- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to build organizational resilience
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members with data-driven visualizations
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in predictive modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption and disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched since 2020
