Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts with 3-5 year impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients navigating 2026 market evolutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Advect board-level executives on emerging risks and opportunities in digital transformation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech foresight focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
