Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive market intelligence dashboards
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for enterprise innovation pipelines
- Advort C-suite on strategic pivots and exponential growth opportunities
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight databases and trend-tracking systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech disruption focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future-of-work topics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Strong data visualization skills with advanced Excel/Power BI/Tableau capabilities
