- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment theses
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and market readiness
- Pioneer proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources and predictive analytics
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of implementing tech-driven transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
