- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives and product teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech domains preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
