Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on adaptive strategy and innovation portfolio optimization
- Author proprietary trend reports and thought leadership content for global industry forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Quantify market opportunities and risk factors for emerging technology adoption curves
- Build cross-functional coalitions between academia, government, and private sector stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
